7 Signs of Cockroach Infestation

1. Droppings

One of the biggest signs of cockroaches infestation in your home is if you see black droppings that look like ground coffee. These droppings tend to be small and black.


2. Smear Marks

When cockroaches come in contact with water, they tend to leave irregular brown shaped smear marks as they travel. Look for smear marks on your wall, as they tend to travel near your wall.


3. Eggs

Cockroaches’ have a capsule-like shape. The capsule tends to contain many eggs. So if you see many egg capsules in the wall corners of your home, then it is likely that you have an infestation.


4. Shed Skin

As cockroaches grow up, they tend to shed their skins 5 to 8 times before they reach maturity. You could tell where they live by spotting their shed skin.
